MOUNTAINDROP is a natural resin-like substance that seeps naturally from the pristine slopes of the Altai mountains. Over thousands of years, this 'mountain pitch' becomes highly enriched with minerals, vitamins, and other essential properties.

Traditionally, this product is consumed once a day, dissolved in warm water, tea, or milk with a temperature of up to 39°C. It is advisable to use filtered and non-chlorinated water for optimal results. Begin with doses equivalent to the size of a grain of wheat, gradually increasing to the size of a pea. For added flavor and benefits, consider incorporating ghee (clarified butter), coconut butter, or honey into the solution.

Intake Instructions: Using a spoon, break off a piece of shilajit the size of a grain of wheat or a pea and dissolve it in 200 ml of fluid. The shilajit will fully dissolve within a few minutes. Stir well and consume.
